  • Processing window
    Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. After 2pm and on weekends, next business day. Tracking email lands within minutes.

    All 50 US states plus Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands. AK/HI/territories take 1–3 extra days. International rollout coming — email us.

    Picked the wrong shade? We send the right one — no need to return the original. Once per order, within 30 days.
  • Glide Brush — 2-year warranty
    On top of the 60-day promise. Covers heating element, electronics, structural failure under normal use. We send a prepaid return label.
  • No fine print
    No restocking fee. No return shipping cost. We don't charge for changing your mind.

Same business day if you order before 2pm ET. After 2pm or on weekends, next business day. You'll get a tracking email within minutes of label creation.

Carriers sometimes lag for 24–48 hours after pickup. If it's been more than 48 hours since shipment with no update, email us and we'll trace it.

Usually yes if you reach us within a few hours of placing the order, before it ships. Email Support@lumeline.net with your order number ASAP. Once tracking is created, we can't reroute.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged one. This is separate from the 60-day promise.

Check with neighbors and household members first — packages sometimes get tucked away. If it doesn't turn up within 48 hours of the delivery scan, email us and we'll work with the carrier on a trace, plus send a replacement if needed.

Usually no — for skincare, eye gel, and body coverage we issue refund without asking for the product back. For The Glide Brush, we send a prepaid return label — you don't pay to ship it back.

If life got in the way and you're a few days over, just say so. We're reasonable. Multiple months past, harder to make work — but always ask.
