Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day from our Atlanta fulfillment center. After 2pm and on weekends, your order ships the next business day. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your label is created.

Standard shipping is 3–7 business days within the US (free on orders $50+). Expedited 2-day is $14.95. Express overnight is $29.95. Once the package is with the carrier, delivery time is in their hands.

We currently ship to the US (all 50 states + territories). International rollout is in progress — email support@lumeline.net and we'll let you know when your country opens up.

Carriers sometimes lag on scanning for 24–48 hours after pickup. If it's been more than 48 hours since shipment with no update, email us and we'll trace it.

Try anything for 60 days. If your mirror disagrees, email us with your order number and we refund the full price — empty tube and all. No restocking fee. No return shipping cost. No questions.

For most items (skincare, eye gel, body coverage), no — we usually issue the refund without asking for the product back. For The Glide Brush, we'll send a prepaid return label.
